Make Champagne with SodaStream

Ok. So it's not "Champagne" because it's not made in the Champagne region of France.

But it IS Sparkling Wine, and it IS surprisingly refreshing.


Here's the recipe (don't bother to get a pen and paper):

Step 1: Fill your Sodastream bottle with white wine.



Step 2: Fizz it up with your Sodastream.

That's it!

Prefer Sauvignon Blanc to Chardonnay? Use whatever wine you like. If you're feeling adventurous, try sparkling shiraz. Yum...
